We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed or unaltered and with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@calleshop.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you some how receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Cancelling Your Order Under the Distance Selling Regulations

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us.

You must notify Customer Service in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs within 7 (seven) working days of receiving your items. Either email  info@calleshop.eu or by mail using the details provided below:

We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment for orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation.
